账号与数据删除

你可以在 App 内删除账号;如果已经卸载 App、无法登录或无法访问设备,也可以通过本页面发起账号与关联数据删除请求。

You can delete your account in the app. If you have uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or cannot access your device, you can also use this page to request deletion of your account and associated data.

1. App 内删除账号

如果你仍然可以打开 App,请先登录要删除的账号,然后进入 Settings → Account → Delete account

  • 登录:在 Account 页面使用邮箱/密码或 Google 登录当前账号。
  • 退出登录:选择 Sign out 只会退出当前设备,不会删除账号或云端数据。
  • 删除账号:选择 Delete account 会删除当前登录账号,并触发后端清理流程。

2. 删除前请确认

删除后将移除你的登录账号、撤销已授权的第三方访问,并切断共享账本中的远端身份。你创建的共享账本会被归档。

  • 删除账号后,本地和云端的账号信息都将被移除,且无法恢复。
  • 云端共享数据会按归档和后续清理规则处理。
  • 如果当前账号已经有订阅中的服务,删除账号后不会自动退款;请先按应用商店的订阅规则取消或管理订阅。

3. 无法访问 App 时如何请求删除

如果你无法在 App 内完成删除,请通过开发者联系邮箱提交请求,并在邮件中写明你要删除 CoolMeowLedger 账号与关联数据。

请尽量提供账号邮箱、Google 登录邮箱或其他可用于核对账号归属的信息。不要发送密码、验证码或完整付款信息。

4. 会删除或保留哪些数据

  • 会删除或解绑:登录账号、本地账号信息、远端共享身份、成员关系以及与账号直接关联的 Firebase 认证数据。
  • 会归档和后续清理:你创建的共享账本、共享协作数据和必要同步记录。
  • 可能暂时保留:为安全、防滥用、故障排查、订阅核对或法律合规所必须保留的最小记录。保留范围会按隐私政策说明处理。

1. Delete Your Account in the App

If you can still open the app, sign in to the account you want to delete, then go to Settings → Account → Delete account.

  • Sign in: use email/password or Google sign-in on the Account screen.
  • Sign out: choosing Sign out only signs out on the current device. It does not delete your account or cloud data.
  • Delete account: choosing Delete account deletes the signed-in account and starts the backend cleanup flow.

2. Before You Delete

Deletion removes your sign-in account, revokes authorized third-party access, and disconnects your remote identity from shared books. Shared books you created are archived.

  • After deletion, local and cloud account information is removed and cannot be restored.
  • Shared cloud data is handled by the archival and cleanup flow.
  • If the account has an active subscription, account deletion does not provide an automatic refund. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the app store subscription flow first.

3. Request Deletion Without App Access

If you cannot complete deletion in the app, submit a request through the developer contact email and state that you want your CoolMeowLedger account and associated data deleted.

Please include the account email, Google sign-in email, or other information that helps verify account ownership. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or full payment details.

4. Data Deleted or Retained

  • Deleted or disconnected: sign-in account, local account information, remote shared identity, membership records, and Firebase Authentication data directly tied to the account.
  • Archived and later cleaned up: shared books you created, collaboration data, and required sync records.
  • Temporarily retained where necessary: minimal records required for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, subscription verification, or legal compliance. Retention is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
