These terms describe the rules that apply when you use CoolMeowLedger's local bookkeeping, shared books, subscriptions, attachment upload, custom AI, and account deletion features.

Home Privacy

1. 同意与适用

当你下载、安装、登录或使用酷喵记账，即表示你同意本条款以及与之配套的隐私政策。

2. 服务内容

酷喵记账提供本地账本、共享账本、协作邀请、备注与记账记录、附件管理、图片识别、语音输入、会员能力和与账本相关的 AI 辅助能力。

部分功能依赖网络、系统权限、第三方登录、Firebase 服务、Apple 订阅能力或你自行配置的 AI 服务端点。

3. 账号与安全

  • 你应妥善保管自己的登录方式和设备访问权限。
  • 你应对自己账号下发起的共享、编辑、删除、上传附件、AI 请求和邀请操作负责。
  • 如果你发现账号存在未授权访问，应尽快停止使用相关设备并联系支持渠道。

4. 共享账本与协作

  • 共享账本拥有者可以邀请成员加入，并决定账本是否继续保持共享。
  • 成员在同一账本中产生的备注、金额、分类、附件和其他记录，会同步给其他有权限的成员查看。
  • 如果账本拥有者归档账本，或拥有者会员状态不再支持共享协作，账本可能被切换为只读。

5. 会员与付费

  • 会员价格、计费周期、续费与取消规则以 Apple App Store 实际展示和扣费规则为准。
  • 共享协作和多设备同步依赖相应会员能力；AI 高级能力依赖 Plus AI，除非你已经自行配置了可用的自定义 AI 接口。
  • 如果你删除账号，已经生效的订阅退款与取消规则仍受 Apple 购买体系约束，本服务不会承诺额外退款。

6. 自定义 AI 配置

如果你自行填写第三方 AI 服务地址、模型和密钥，你确认自己有权使用该服务，并理解相关请求和内容会发送到你指定的服务提供方。

你需要自行遵守该第三方 AI 服务的使用条款、隐私规则、配额和费用约定。

7. 可接受使用

  • 你不得利用本服务上传违法、侵权、恶意攻击、垃圾内容或绕过权限控制的数据。
  • 你不得伪造邀请、恶意破坏共享账本数据，或故意影响其他成员正常使用。
  • 你不得通过自定义接口功能从事违反第三方服务规则的调用行为。

8. 账号删除与数据生命周期

你可以在 App 内发起删除账号。删除后，本地账号信息会移除；你作为共享成员的云端成员关系会被清除；你拥有的共享账本会进入归档和后续清理流程。

9. 服务可用性与免责声明

本服务按现状提供。我们会尽力维持稳定，但不保证服务绝不中断，也不保证第三方依赖、网络、系统权限、订阅同步或自定义 AI 服务始终可用。

因网络故障、第三方服务异常、不可抗力、系统限制或用户误操作造成的功能中断或数据问题，我们会尽量修复，但不承担超出法律强制要求之外的保证责任。

10. 条款更新与联系

如果服务能力或规则变化，我们可能更新本条款。更新后继续使用本服务，即视为你接受更新后的条款。

1. Acceptance and Scope

By downloading, installing, signing in to, or using CoolMeowLedger, you agree to these Terms and the related Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

CoolMeowLedger provides local books, shared books, collaboration invitations, note and expense records, attachment management, image recognition, speech input, subscription-based features, and AI assistance related to your books.

Some features depend on network connectivity, system permissions, third-party identity providers, Firebase services, Apple subscription infrastructure, or custom AI endpoints that you configure yourself.

3. Account and Security

  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods and device access secure.
  • You are responsible for collaboration, edits, deletions, attachment uploads, AI requests, and invitations made under your account.
  • If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should stop using the affected device and contact support through the available channel.

4. Shared Books and Collaboration

  • The shared-book owner can invite members and control whether the book continues to operate as a shared book.
  • Notes, amounts, categories, attachments, and other records created in a shared book may be visible to other authorized members of that same book.
  • If the owner archives the book, or the owner's subscription no longer supports collaboration, the book may be downgraded to read-only access.

5. Subscriptions and Paid Features

  • Pricing, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Apple App Store terms and the information shown at purchase time.
  • Collaboration and multi-device sync depend on the relevant subscription entitlement. Advanced AI depends on Plus AI unless you already configured a usable custom AI endpoint.
  • If you delete your account, refund eligibility and cancellation handling remain subject to Apple's purchase system. No extra refund promise is made by this service.

6. Custom AI Configuration

If you configure your own third-party AI endpoint, model, and API key, you confirm that you are authorized to use that service and understand that related requests and content will be sent to the provider you selected.

You are responsible for complying with that provider's terms, privacy practices, quotas, and billing rules.

7. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the service to upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, spam, or permission-bypassing content.
  • You may not forge invitations, intentionally damage shared-book data, or deliberately interfere with other members' use of the service.
  • You may not use custom endpoint features in violation of third-party provider rules.

8. Account Deletion and Data Lifecycle

You may request account deletion in the app. After deletion, local account information is removed, your remote shared-book memberships are cleared, and shared books owned by your account enter archival and cleanup flows.

9. Availability and Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We try to keep it stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of network services, third-party providers, permissions, subscription sync, or custom AI endpoints.

We will try to fix issues caused by outages, third-party failures, force majeure, system limitations, or user mistakes, but we do not provide guarantees beyond what applicable law requires.

10. Updates and Contact

We may update these Terms when the service or its rules change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
